This intensive course is aimed at a detailed introduction to statistical methods and experiments. Course participants must demonstrate knowledge of previous certification levels. Six Sigma Black Belt graduates are perfectly familiar with the philosophy, principles and processes of project and process management. A black belt means you are ready to lead teams, support them and set the right methodology, roles and responsibilities. Knowledge of basic Six Sigma techniques and min. 5 processed projects according to the DMAIC methodology.
