Six Sigma | Black Belt

Course code: SSBB

This intensive course for experienced holders of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is aimed at a detailed introduction to statistical methods and experiments. Course participants must demonstrate knowledge of previous certification levels. Six Sigma Black Belt graduates are perfectly familiar with the philosophy, principles and processes of project and process management. A black belt means you are ready to lead teams, support them and set the right methodology, roles and responsibilities.

Black Belt training and certification confirms detailed knowledge of statistical techniques required for professional management of optimization projects in the company. Holders of these certifications guarantee the correct application of techniques and procedures in projects and provide Green and Yellow Belt consultations to team members.

Six Sigma has been proven to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and eliminating the causes of defects (errors) in production and business processes using a quality management methodology.

Black Belt managers are the highest experts in project and process management within the organization. Each Six Sigma project has a methodical sequence of steps under their umbrella and has quantified financial goals.

In recent years, the Six Sigma methodology has been increasingly combined with lean manufacturing, resulting in a brand new approach: Lean Six Sigma.
