Red Hat remote exams

Red Hat now offering remote exams for customers. In addition to classroom and on-site exams, customers now have the option to schedule individual exams either in a testing center or as a remote exam in the location of their choice.

The following exams are available for remote delivery in August 2020:

• EX200K: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) exam (RHEL 7)
• EX200V8K: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) exam (RHEL 8)
• EX300K: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) exam (RHEL 7)
• EX294V8K: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) exam (RHEL 8)
• EX280V42K: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration exam
• EX288V42K: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application exam
• EX407V27K: Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation exam

Additional remote exams will be added in the future.

These remote exams will be delivered using a unique live environment running on candidates’ own X86_64, Fedora-compatible systems and cloud-based environments, and will be observed by a remote proctor.

Red Hat certification exams are all performance-based, meaning that they are hands-on assessments in which candidates use real Red Hat technologies on live systems. Red Hat Remote Certification Exams will provide users with the first end-to-end path to Red Hat Certification through online testing.
