IMDS

IMDS (International Material Data System) is a material data system for the automotive industry. Initially, it was a joint development of Audi, BMW, Daimler, DXC, Ford, Opel, Porsche, VW and Volvo, and gradually other companies joined. IMDS courses are intended to facilitate the fulfillment of obligations imposed on car manufacturers, and therefore their suppliers, by national and international standards, laws and regulations.
