The ZCCA-IA course is the foundational level for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Training. This course covers day to day aspects of administering the ZIA platform. The course should be taken by Zscaler system administrators and anyone else responsible for the setup, configuration, and administration of their organization’s Zscaler Internet Access deployment.

Successful completion grants the ZCCA-IA Certification. The ZCCA-IA certification is valid for 2 years.
