Course description

Due to the nature of the TMMi Professional exam, the comprehensive program focuses primarily on the structure and content of the method. However, it also provides a brief overview of process improvement models, their relationship to the CMMI product development model, types of process improvement services, and their processes.

In the supplementary materials, you will also find several exercises aimed at expanding your knowledge, as well as sample exam questions to help you prepare for the TMMi Professional exam.

Target group

On the one hand, the program is intended for individuals who have decision-making authority in software development (project managers, test managers, middle and senior management) and who can develop processes at their discretion, as well as for those focused on providing process improvement as a service. It can also provide practical insights for testers, requirements managers, quality assurance engineers (QA), and developers.
