This course is intended for those interested in experience with the application of the Lean Six Sigma methodology in projects or continuous improvement of the company and provides a detailed overview of advanced techniques.

The course structure covers the entire improvement cycle and will enable graduates to work independently on projects and effectively design areas for process improvement.

Certification

The entire course is organized according to the individual phases of the Deming cycle. One area is covered each day including practical exercises. The afternoon of the last day is reserved for the test. The training presents knowledge of the topics covered in the Yellow Belt course. The course ends with a test.

The test contain:

  • 40 questions
  • The Green Belt test contains basic statistical calculations (15 questions)
  • After successfully passing the test (80%), the applicant will receive a Green Belt certificate
