You will learn how to configure SDWAN on FortiGate and learn how SD-WAN interacts with FortiGate routing and firewall. This fundamental understanding of SD-WAN topics will help you design, deploy, maintain, and enhance SD-WAN deployments and existing SD-WAN deployment performance.

Course description

After completing this course, you should be able to:

Describe the capabilities of the Fortinet Secure SD-WAN solution
Implement FortiOS SD-WAN solutions with FortiGate for a single device solution or small topologies
Configure basic and advanced SD-WAN features
Explain the SD-WAN route and rule lookup process
Use the different rule criteria and strategies available to steer traffic using SD-WAN
Examine how SD-WAN responds to changing link conditions
Troubleshoot SD-WAN routing and rule matching issues
Manage simple FortiOS SD-WAN solutions with FortiManager

Target group

Anyone who is responsible for designing a simple Fortinet SD-WAN solution or for the day-to-day management of a Fortinet SD-WAN deployment and network operations should attend this course.
