Containerized Operations Bridge (OpsB) offers Stakeholder Dashboard and Flex Reporting capabilities based on data collected from OpenText products and third- party products. It includes several components such as OPTIC Data Lake (OPTIC DL), Stakeholder Dashboard (previously known as, BVD), Flex Reporting, and Vertica. The OPTIC Data Lake collects and normalizes operational data, which is stored in the Vertica database and is then presented through Stakeholder Dashboard and Flex Reports.
This four-day entry-level instructor-led training course offers technical personnel, who are new to Operations Bridge (OpsB) Suite, OPTIC Management Toolkit (OMT), OPTIC DL, Stakeholder Dashboard, and Flex Report, the opportunity to develop hands-on experience in applying the fundamental principles, methodologies, and capabilities for managing and displaying OpsB reporting data using Stakeholder Dashboard, Flex Reports & OPTIC DL.
You will learn how to get started with Stakeholder Dashboard and create Stakeholder Dashboards using Visio stencils to visualize information from different sources in an informative and appealing way. You will also learn how to configure & use OOTB OpsB OPTIC DL reports, create custom dashboards, manage Stakeholder Dashboard user accesses and permissions, and integrate different OpsB data sources and data collectors with Stakeholder Dashboard and
OPTIC DL.
