The training is intended for users who have little or no experience with project planning and management in the Project program. Students will get acquainted with the possibilities of deploying the Project program and basic terms in the field of schedules. Students will learn to create schedules, set links between tasks and assign resources to tasks, monitor and evaluate the progress of the project in terms of time, deployment of resources and costs.
