The self-paced Leading Agile Teams interactive course is designed to help people improve their ability to lead agile teams. The course helps students develop and improve their leadership skills while also looking inwardly as they reflect on themselves taking into account time management, work-life balance, delegation practices and more. Course description

In this self-paced online course, you will learn the core Agile Leadership principles and how they can be applied when leading Agile teams. These principles serve as a foundation for delivering value in the modern workplace. You will go beyond processes and explore the essential pillars of self-leadership, including personal vision, resilience, and the discipline required to lead teams effectively. You will gain a practical understanding of how to apply delegation frameworks and leverage Generative AI (GenAI) tools through real-world scenarios. This course also teaches you how to navigate common workplace challenges, including early burnout detection and how to avoid common AI traps through a series of focused exercises.
