In this course, we will prepare you for successfully passing the new IPMA version 4.1 certification to levels A, B, C or D.

This course will prepare you to successfully pass all parts of the IPMA exam, both the written part and the simulation workshop. We will help you go through the entire certification process, including application processing and documentation. This course is designed to give you the knowledge and skills that are tested in the IPMA certification exam.

Course structure

Day 1: Project start: Project, program, portfolio, project life cycle, definition of basic project parameters with the help of logical framework (LRM), business case.
Day 2: Planning and Management of project realization: Project Management Plan, Scope Planning Using WBS, Time Planning with the use of Critical Path (CPM), Gantt Charts, Resource Planning, Cost Planning, Risk Analysis, Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
Day 3: Project as change: Agile approaches to project management, working with stakeholders, promoting change in the organization.
Day 4: Soft skills of the project manager: Communication, creativity, motivation, team, conflict and crisis management.
Day 5: Certification test to try – written part (case study, open questions – according to the type of certification), simulation workshop – practice of testing soft skills, recommendations for passing the exam.

Prerequisites

The price of the most common IPMA® Level D certificate is set at CZK 9,900, and members of IPMA Czech Republic have a price of CZK 8,900.
The price of the IPMA® Level C certificate is set at CZK 18,900 for non-members of IPMA CR, and for members it is CZK 16,900.
The price of the IPMA® Level B certificate is set at CZK 22,900 for non-members of IPMA CR, and for members it is CZK 20,900.
The price of the IPMA® Level A certificate is set at CZK 26,900 for non-members of IPMA CR, and for members it is CZK 24,900.
