Course structure

• Day 1: Project start: Project, program, portfolio, project life cycle, definition of basic project parameters with the help of logical framework (LRM), business case.
• Day 2: Planning and Management of project realization: Project Management Plan, Scope Planning Using WBS, Time Planning with the use of Critical Path (CPM), Gantt Charts, Resource Planning, Cost Planning, Risk Analysis, Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
• Day 3: Project as change: Agile approaches to project management, working with stakeholders, promoting change in the organization.
• Day 4: Soft skills of the project manager: Communication, creativity, motivation, team, conflict and crisis management.
• Day 5: Certification test to try – written part (case study, open questions – according to the type of certification), simulation workshop – practice of testing soft skills, recommendations for passing the exam.
