Course description
- Introduce the effective integration of two key disciplines – Change Management and Business Analysis – in the implementation of change
- Apply best practices interactively in these areas to a selected case study
- Simulate the course of a typical change, including engaging participants in specific change roles
- Test participants’ approaches to handling unexpected situations in a dynamic corporate environment through targeted interventions during the change
