ChangeJourney™

Course code: CHJOUR

Change is inevitable. Problems, opportunities, competitive threats, legislative changes, decisions made by foreign owners… How can these be successfully managed, and how can we avoid becoming one of those who fail to achieve the expected goals? Unfortunately, according to global surveys, unsuccessful cases are more common.

This workshop, with elements of business simulation, connects two key disciplines of change management: Change Management and Business Analysis. These are the areas essential for successfully implementing changes in a corporate environment—disciplines that fundamentally support the achievement of the expected benefits of change.
