Course code: UCMDB37433

This three-day course about OpenText™ Universal Configuration Management Database (UCMDB) explains how to visualize and report IT infrastructure, using the data discovered using Universal Discovery or from integrations with CMS UI.
This is performed using reports, views, and Topology Query Language (TQL) queries. You will learn how to track change management, check license compliance, check IT resources, and modify data using Enrichments. You will also create policies and check the network resources for these policies, and create service models.
The course uses lectures and a series of hands-on labs to teach the course material.
