The training will strengthen your confidence in dealing with your subordinates and superiors and create a basis for your effective communication even in difficult situations
Are you preparing for the role of manager? Let yourself be guided by professionals, their experience and practical advice. You will learn, for example, how not to start, what to never say, how to make a good impression, how to win over your subordinates, and above all, how to lead them. If you fear unrecognized authority, the inability to resolve conflicts, or pressure from management, you don’t have to. You will learn the basic rules and following them will ensure your success.
