What is the goal?

The participants will learn the basics of negotiation, be able to prepare their own negotiation strategy – how to determine negotiation margins, identify manipulation during the negotiation and learn effective methods to defend against it. They will strengthen their knowledge of negotiation techniques – the ability to argue during negotiation. The training also includes practising negotiation skills by solving real situations. Learn the basics of negotiation – how to gather information and determine basic negotiation strategy.
