Target:

Strengthen self-confidence and self-esteem, learn the basic rules of assertive communication

We have the right to make mistakes and be responsible for them. We have the right not to offer any excuses or excuses to justify our behavior. And we also have the right to reject someone or something. Assertive ten will strengthen your confidence and allow you to communicate equally, no matter how challenging the given situation is.
