Assertive communication and negotiation

Target:

You certainly sometimes encounter difficult situations in your daily operations. Do you need to clarify techniques for handling these situations? Not winning all the negotiations? Want to leave with a winXwin result? In this course, we will demonstrate and explain the basic principles and try out several techniques so that you can immediately apply them to your practice the next day.

To whom it is intended:

For directors, managers, traders, consultants, for team leaders, representatives and heads of business teams and everyone else who wants to revive or learn negotiation techniques.
