Project management efficiently and actively with methodology PRINCE2®

PRINCE2® (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a practical, process-based methodology which lays out step-by-step guidance
for project management, and defines clear processes, steps and templates. It has been built from widely accepted best practices and can be applied to any project regardless of organization, type or culture.

Axelos released an update (not a new version) in 2017, including certification exams. This is the first update since 2009.
The methodology is thus even more focused on tailoring: project customization.

PRINCE2® Foundation (3 days)

With PRINCE2 Foundation you get an introduction to the PRINCE2 method. It is designed to provide you with sufficient knowledge
and understanding, to the PRINCE2 method well enough to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2.

The course is designed to introduce the basics behind the PRINCE2 process-based method and to prepare for the test that leads to the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate.

PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner (2 days)

The PRINCE2 Practitioner Level provides sufficient knowledge and understanding in order to apply and tailor the method in a range of different project environments and scenarios. The course focuses mainly on solving and testing practical tasks.

PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner (5 days)

It is a combination of PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation and PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner training which is more cost effective.
