Professional Scrum Training 

Scrum Foundations course is a 2-day course that provides basic knowledge of the Scrum framework needed to implement it. It is conducted in a unique way, when you come to the principles and rules of the Scrum framework yourself, instead of just receiving information from the lecturer. The whole course is interwoven with many examples and practical stories.

Professional Scrum Master course is a 2-day course where students learn how to use Scrum to optimize value, productivity and the total cost of product ownership. Tools are provided to enable students to relate to behavioral shifts, work with people and teams, coach and facilitate techniques, and address the organization.

Scrum Product Owner course is a 2-day course on how to maximize the value of products and systems. You will learn to look at the product first and foremost through the eyes of the customer, think about his needs and test his assumptions by experiments. The content of the course consists of practical team-based exercises and subsequent discussions.

What Makes Scrum.org Different?

• Quality

Scrum.org PSTs are a select group of Scrum experts who go through an extensive set of peer reviews, testing, training, and interviews prior to being accepted as a PST.  Each individual PST must be certified and licensed to teach Scrum.org training.  All trainers do more than teach, they spend time on Scrum Teams so that they bring experience to their teaching and understand how to deal with situations in the real-world. 

• Consistent

Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs)  bring their own style and experiences with a consistent delivery of Scrum.org training around the world, so you know each course we teach is aligned with Scrum, and all of your teammates are learning from the same message.

• Certification

To receive Professional Scrum certification, you need to prove your knowledge, understanding and ability to apply Scrum in the real-world.  That is why we have decoupled our certification assessments from our training.  Although each Scrum.org training class includes a free attempt at a Scrum.org assessment, you still need to prove your knowledge by passing the assessment test with a score of 85% or better to receive the associated Professional certification.
