(“EDU Trainings“), a company with registered office at Táborská 619/46, Nusle, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, Identification No.: 06770321, as the Administrator, respects your privacy and takes into account the major privacy principles of EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

This Privacy Statement informs you about our privacy practices including details of the personal data we collect, use, disclose and transfer as well as choices you can make and rights you can exercise in relation to your personal data.

Information contained in your job inquiries or applications, such as resume, cover letter, age, education, professional history and contact details.

Collecting information in this manner allows us to analyze the effectiveness of our websites and our marketing efforts, personalize your experience and improve our interactions with you. Children’s Online Privacy

How We Use Your Personal Information

We collect and use personal data to manage your relationship with EDU Trainings and better serve you when you are using our services by personalizing and improving your experience. In addition, we may use personal information we collect about you to:

Fulfill Your Requests. If you request product or service, specific marketing or other materials, we may use the personal information you provide to respond your request. Sales or delivery representatives may also contact you as part of customer satisfaction surveys or for market research purposes.
Provide You with Information About Our Services and Events. We may use your personal information to notify you about service offerings as well as events that we believe may be of interest to you. We also may use your personal information to respond directly to your requests for information, including registrations for newsletters or other specific requests.
Process Your Job Application. When you apply for a position at EDU Trainings, we use the personal information you provide, such as information in your resume and cover letter, for the purpose of assessing your application.

International Data Tranfers

Information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this privacy statement.

All personal data stored and processed by EDU Trainings is securely hosted within the European Union. There is no systematic transfer of data at rest outside of the EU for any other purpose. EDU Trainings is committed to using EU model clauses in all contracts where data may be transferred to the USA.

In addition, personal information that you submit for publication on the website will be published on the internet and may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others. You expressly agree to such transfers of personal information.

How we keep your personal information secure

To prevent loss, unauthorized access, use or disclosure and to ensure the appropriate use of your information, we utilize reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect and process.

We do not store your credit or debit card details.

How long we keep your personal information

EDU Trainings retains your personal information for only as long as stipulated within client contracts and does not seek to retain data for any longer than necessary to carry out our service and fulfill our statutory and contractual obligations. When we no longer need to use your personal information, we will delete it from our systems and records or take steps to anonymize the information.

EDU Trainings web sites use cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies (collectively, Automatic Data Collection Tools), to remember log-in details, collect statistics to optimize site functionality, improve your user experience and deliver content tailored to your interests.
