Last year, a modern and accessible compensation survey, Pay-Fair, was launched in the Czech Republic. This year, it’s coming to Slovakia.
By participating in the survey, companies can competitively set up their own compensation systems based on salary data from their industry and start preparing easily and correctly for the EU Pay Transparency Directive (summer 2026).
