Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making is a proven, step-by-step process for successfully solving problems, making good decisions, prioritizing issues, and analyzing potential risks and opportunities.

3-day Kepner-Tregoe: Problem Solving and Decision Making course is conducted by a certified instructor. After completing the course, you can take an optional certification exam to obtain a certificate demonstrating the ability to apply Kepner-Tregoe methods in practice.

• You will work with original Kepner-Tregoe materials (manuals, process worksheets, process posters, case studies) in English.

  – Decision Analysis
  – Potential Problem Analysis
  – Potential Opportunity Analysis
• You will get a certificate of completion of the course (the certificate is issued several weeks after the course based on 3 practice situations solved by the candidate using the Kepner-Tregoe methods)

• Nearly 3 hours of illustrative demonstrations and case studies in video format
• A set of 25 real cases for teaching and practicing the methodology
