ITIL® 4 STRATEGIST: DIRECT, PLAN AND IMPROVE (DPI)

This is a universal module that is a key part of both ITIL ® 4 Managing Professional and ITIL ® 4 Strategic Leader streams. It is suitable for IT and digital managers of all levels involved in aligning work with organizational strategy, or in developing a constantly improving team or service. DPI will help everyone involved in work planning, product improvement, and organizational change management, as well as those responsible for linking management, risk, and compliance.

This three-day course provides IT professionals with the practical skills needed to create an “learning and improving” IT organization with a strong and effective strategic direction.

The ITIL® 4 STRATEGIST: DIRECT, PLAN AND IMPROVE (DPI) course focuses on the following key ITIL 4 practices:
