Meet Magdou Firlit.
Magdalena is a Professional Scrum Trainer, Agile Transformation Consultant, Trainer, University Lecturer, Mentor, Life and Business Coach. She has been accredited by Scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Trainer and is qualified to teach the following courses: Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master II Advanced, Professional Scrum with Kanban, Professional Scrum Product Owner, Professional Agile Leadership-Essentials, Professional Scrum with User Experience, Professional Scrum Foundations, and Professional Scrum Product Owner – Advanced.
She has many years of professional experience in companies that have shown an Agile way. She specializes in Agile transformation. She cooperates with various organizations (large, medium, small, start-ups). In her opinion, it is most important when customers understand the reasons and benefits of Agile transformation. She trains and consults mainly in Europe but also travels furthest. She works with interesting businesses and industries such as IT, manufacturing, human resources, marketing etc. She became the laureate of the report “Strong Women in IT” 2019 by the Come Creations Group.
New Scrum courses:
A 2-day course in English is focuses on helping experienced practitioners expand their ability to establish a solid vision, validate their hypotheses, and ultimately deliver more value to their stakeholders. This course is an interactive, experiential workshop where attendees explore topics through a series of exercises and discussions. Students should have at least one year of Product Owner experience and a practical knowledge of Scrum in order to participate in and benefit from these exercises.

A 2-day hands-on workshop in English that uses a combination of instruction and hands-on exercises to help managers and other leaders who work directly with agile teams understand how to best support, guide, and coach their teams to improve their agile capabilities. The workshop provides a foundation for the role that leaders play in creating the conditions for a successful agile transformation.

A 2-day course in English that teaches Scrum practitioners how to apply Kanban practices to their work. Through theory, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will understand the importance of transparency and flow as it pertains to the Scrum framework.
Participants will learn how to introduce other Kanban techniques into their Scrum teams without changing Scrum and what benefits Scrum and Kanban have to offer.

A 2-day hands-on course in English where students with some Scrum experience will learn how to integrate modern UX practices into the way they are working in Scrum and how to work most effectively within Scrum Teams.
