We invite you to continue the successful 5 Chairs method by Louis Evans using the NVC method – Nonviolent Communication (non-violent method by Marshall E. Rosenberg). Kateřina Braithwaite will guide you through the training.

You will learn to conduct demanding interviews, where it is important to be able to control and recognize your own emotions, to name and express your needs and to link them in a non-violent way to the needs of others to avoid a jackal chair, vulnerabilities, they were authentic. We will understand the meaning and principle of non-violent communication.

  • What is the method of non-violent communication about, and how will it help us to successfully conduct demanding, potentially conflicting discussions at all levels, assert itself without conflict and compromise the relationship with a colleague, partner?
