Extend your PeopleCert certifications until 2026 thanks to MyAxelos

We recently informed you in one of our articles that all PeopleCert certifications are now only valid for 3 years. Subsequently, the ITIL®, PRINCE2® and other certifications must be renewed in one of three ways.

How can I renew my certification?

• By taking the same exam that got you certified in the past.
• By passing another exam in the same field. If you hold, for example, the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification, then by passing any other exam from the ITIL® family, you will renew this certification.
• Collect and record CPD points (Continuing Professional Development).

PeopleCert now comes with a great deal on how you can extend the validity of your certifications until 2026 with the CPD program. Just sign up for the MyAxelos annual program and you’ll automatically get your certificate (or certificates) extended until 2026. This gives you enough time and peace of mind to start collecting CPD points and recording them on your profile. This offer is valid until August 31, 2023.

What is CPD?

It is a system of keeping your certification current and continuously developing your professional skills. By recording CPD points, you maintain your certification while gaining certified skills and knowledge of best practice.

When I need to renew my certification?

• If you received your certification before June 30, 2020, you have until August 31, 2023 to renew your certification, regardless of the specific date of certification.
• If you passed your certification after June 2020, then you have 3 years to renew it from the date you received your certification.
