For long-term and systematic development, an ideal solution is the annual Red Hat Learning Subscription. The basic Course variant is intended to focus on a single specific course, combining self-paced study with one live virtual instructor-led session, and includes 100 hours of hands-on labs along with one exam and one retake opportunity.

More advanced Standard and Premium tiers open access to the full range of Red Hat training and offer 400 hours of hands-on labs per user, along with five exams and five retake attempts. While the Standard tier is designed as flexible self-paced learning, the highest Premium tier additionally includes access to live virtual instructor-led classes, up to two virtual classrooms per course.
