DO180 updated to OpenShift Container Platform 4.0

29. 7. 2019

Containers are a key technology for the configuration and deployment of applications and microservices. With the release of OpenShift Container Platform 4, the first major OpenShift release in four years, Red Hat has delivered an enterprise Kubernetes platform with full stack automation, an expanded user interface, and simplified installation and updates.

Introduction to Containers, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (DO180) is the first course in the container adoption journey and introduces students to building and managing containers for deployment on an OpenShift 4 cluster.

This course helps students build core knowledge and skills in managing containers through hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform needed for multiple roles, including developers, administrators and site reliability engineers.

More information:

  • Students who have already taken DO180 on the previous release (OCP version 3.9) can proceed to DO280 or DO288 without retaking this version.
