Each project is unique and different from routine operations—the ongoing activities of an organization—because projects reach a conclusion once a goal is achieved.

PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2)

PRINCE2 is a process-based method for effective project management and will give you the essential skills you need to become a successful project manager. It stands for PRojects IN Controlled Environments and is used and recognized worldwide.

In our portfolio you will find preparatory courses for PRINCE2 certification. You can get certified at two levels: Foundation and Practioner. In addition to the classic PRINCE2 standard, we also offer courses and certifications for its agile version PRINCE2 Agile.

With an agile project approach, the scope of the project is not known, as part of it is continuous inventing the form of the product. The definition of the scope of the project is thus not an input, but one of the outputs of the project. This gives the client enormous flexibility, but it is essential that they are an active participant in the project.
